Private Client’s WWTP – MBR Retrofit
MCJ secured the contract to upgrade an existing wastewater treatment system by expanding the facilities MBR treatment process by installing, a new OVIVO MBR system, replacing the aeration system, new headworks screens, a new Thickening Centrifuge by Centrisys, a new Concrete EQ/HSL Tank, upgraded electrical systems, replacement of the facilities controls system, and integration of the new equipment.

Kerry Bioscience WWTP Upgrades, Phases 1 and 2
MCJ secured the general contract to upgrade an existing wastewater treatment system by replacing the facilities clarifiers, replacing the aeration system, structural concrete repairs, new flow metering equipment, new structural steel installations, upgraded electrical systems, new controls system, and integration of the new equipment.

(V) Lake Placid Water Treatment Plant Upgrades
MCJ secured the General Contract to upgrade an existing water treatment system. This project implemented an advanced filtration system by rehabilitating 16 Pressure Filtration vessels, upgrading the backwash and chemical injection systems, and implementing a new controls system by integrating new instrumentation and automation equipment into the rehabilitated facility.

Silver Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant
MCJ built a fully new MBR Style Wastewater Treatment System, including all new concrete tanks, process piping, aeration systems, MBR units, mechanical screens, controls systems, electrical upgrades, and pumping systems. MCJ Managed all phases of the project’s construction.

(T) Willsboro Wastewater Treatment Plant
MCJ secured the General Construction contract to traditional activated sludge plant into an MBR style facility. Work included new aeration systems, a new screening system, new MBR’s, new FRP cover systems, and various improvements to the facility.

(C) Amsterdam Water Distribution Pump Station
MCJ Secured the General Construction Contract to upgrade a 6MGD water distribution pump station for the City of Amsterdam. Work included new site piping and insertion valves, new pumps, motors, VFD’s, engineered supports, and new 30” DI process piping.

(V) Delanson WWTP Upgrades
MCJ Secured the General Construction Contract to upgrade an SBR style WWTP. Upgrades included a new headworks facility with a new CIP EQ tank, mechanical screen, transfer pumps, aeration system, upgrades to their effluent disinfection system, and a new PLC/SCADA system.
